A Day in Black in White created many demos until finally discovering a home with Level-Plane Records. Sonically, ADIBAW picks up where bands like recently defunct Level-Plane Alumni City of Caterpillar left off with their dynamic and epic post-rock-inspired hardcore. Citing influence ranging from Converge to Godspeed You Black Emperor!, the band will not let down fans on either front. A Day in Black in White has achieved their crisp, yet energetic sound on this recording with the assistance of producer Kurt Ballou who has worked with Converge, Suicide Note, and Orchid among many others.
A Day in Black and White has started to gather positive hype and attention from the tension they generate through their hauntingly vigorous live show. ADIBAW plans to launch their first entire United States tour this summer and playing short tours and festivals this spring up to that point.
